Some time ago I hid all measures in this score and would like to have a finale barline at the end. I've tried using the measure tool and double clicking on the last bar, then selecting the 'final barline'. It's clearly there but hidden. I've gone into document options and checked there and "final barline at end of piece" is checked. How can I bring this back?

I've tried it set to normal and to final barline. It's not greyed out it's just invisible in the score for some reason.

I've got 2 staves, one has the final barline, the other has it hidden.

In Staff Attributes for that staff, is the checkbox for Barlines Checked? If you want all the other barlines to not show, then you can create a Staff Style to just show barlines for that measure. Otherwise, check the box in Staff Attributes.

That was it, I knew there was another option I was forgetting. Thanks Zuill.
btw I've never used Staff Styles before but I selected all measures except the final one and chose invisible, that did the trick.

Nope, spoke too soon. My method applies to all staves simultaneously. I might have to try your suggestion, how do you do that exactly? What I'm trying to do is hide the barlines on one staff and have them visible on the other. Best option?

In the Staff Tool, Staff attributes only applies to the chosen staff. If you created a Staff Style for this, I'm guessing you applied the Style to all staves accidentally. Try only applying it to the one staff.

Here's the way I would do it. Staff Attributes to hide barlines on one staff. Then, Staff Style to show them on the last bar.
