I'm editing a piece of music for a single melody instrument. I've inserted rehearsal numbers, but cannot remove or hide measure numbers. I've tried just about everything, from editing measure number regions to changing staff attributes, but nothing seems to solve the problem, and the measure numbers are present in every bar. Is there a work-around?

In the Measure Number Region definition, uncheck to show on top staff. Then, uncheck measure numbers in Staff Attributes.
