The oblique line (slash) is usually understood as a chord over a bass note.
Polychords generally use an horizontal line between 2 chords (like N. Grossingink suggests), like these examples :
A
C7
(actually C7 b9 13)
Do7
Co7

Thanks to all of you for your help.
The underscore is what I needed since it's a chord over another chord.
Bb7 over a C triad (Bb7_C)
Thanks again you guys. I really appreciate it.

So it does not seem to work if I try to do this: F#/Em it reduces the Em to E which defeats the purpose as I could have just written F#/E. Ay thoughts?

1) To separate the two chords in a polychord, use a horizontal line, not a slash.
2) To get
F♯
Em
enter two chord symbols: F♯ and Em
As a horizontal separator, use an expression.
