Whenever I write a note I hear a sound.
How could I delete it?

Are you using the Simple Entry Tool, or the Speedy Entry Tool?
To mute playback during Simple Entry:
Simple menu > Simple Entry Options…
De-select Playback Notes on Entry.
To mute playback during Speedy Entry:
Speedy menu > Playback (un-check)
To mute playback during Simple Entry:
Simple menu > Simple Entry Options…
De-select Playback Notes on Entry.
To mute playback during Speedy Entry:
Speedy menu > Playback (un-check)

Thank you very much for your answer.
As I installed Windows 10 yesterday I see now that the sound I hear when I put notes is the same I could hear before. It doesn't disturb me.
So what I can see just now is that my problem is not in Finale, but in Win dows 10. It sounds at every move I do.
