every time I open Finale 2014 these windows come automatically.
Do you know what I can do to avoid it?

Which Mac OS are you using? Did this just start happening? If this is new behavior, what software have you installed lately? Are you using Finale 2014 or 2014.5? 2014 does not run correctly on all Mac OSs starting with El Crapitan 10.11.
