Hi forum,

I'm experiencing an ugly bug when glissandi are between two pages (see pic.)

They show in Finale and in the pdf.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

I know I've seen this and I know there was a very simple cure, but don't remember exactly what it was. I expect you've already tried re-entering the gliss (if necessary in both scroll and page view), but for now I don't know what else to suggest.

One more thing to suggest:

Delete the glissando.
Move the second measure up into the previous system, so that the barline during the glissando is no longer at a system break.
Add the glissando.
Move the second measure down again.

No promises, but it could not hurt to try it.

That has happened to me with Slurs and Glisses.
I delete it, then draw a partial slur/gliss up from the first note, half inch maybe and release,
then draw another slur/gliss from the target note back up a half inch or so.
Or bump the Target Measure back one System, so they are on the same staff.
