In the attached file I need to display the 1st page as if it is were page 2. In other words
with ordinary margins and no indentation for the 1st system. (I know how to remove the
title and © info etc.) How would I do that? Also, two more questions, how to remove the designation "Piano"
at upper left of the 1st system? And how to hide measure numbers from appearing on screen?
Many thanks.

1) To remove the designation “Piano”, switch to the Staff Tool.
Staff menu > Groups and Brackets > Edit…
In the dialog box Group Attributes you can edit the Full Group Name.

NB:
On the first page you have 3 text blocks that are Page Attached.
Before you proceed to step 2), you should change those 3 text blocks to Measure/Staff Attached.
To do so, switch to the Text Tool.
Drag across a text block handle, to select it.
Hold down Shift, and hit Return.
In the dialog box Frame Attributes, change the attachment from Page to Measure/Staff.
My guess is that the first text block (= Allegro) should be attached to Measure 1, Staff 1.
Adjust the Horizontal and vertical positioning as needed (you may prefer to click OK, and drag the text block in the score).

2) To format the first page as Page 2 (and as the following pages):
Document menu > Page Format > Score…
In the dialog box Page Format for Score, de-select the check box First Staff System Margins. Click OK.
Then (while viewing Page 1), switch to the Page Layout Tool.
Page Layout menu > Redefine Pages > Current Page of Current Part/Score

I forgot to ask - how do I prevent the faded lock box (upper right corner of each system)
from displaying on screen?
