On the attached file, I would like to reduce the distance between systems.
I know how to do it for individual systems, but can it done (the same reduction)
for all systems?

In page view, reduce the margins of one system manually by the handles and then mouse-shift that system closer to the system above.
With the handle still selected, go to page layout > systems > edit margins. In the 'thru' box enter a large number and all your systems will be evenly spaced.
You may wish to reduce your top margin, unless you wish to keep it with that extra space. These instructions are assuming you're going from system 2.
