I have posted this wherever I could think today since it's handcuffing me big time.
I'm setting up a new MacBook Pro 16" that came with macOS Catalina. I installed Finale 26, not 25, and copied over all of the plugins I use: Patterson, TGTools, and JW plugins.
Upon opening a file for editing, I get a dialog for EVERY JW plugin telling me the developer is not identified, trying to save me from malware, and it wants to move each plugin to the trash or Cancel. 27 dialogs for 27 plugins. I hit Cancel for each one and once in the file all of Jari's plugins are gone from the folder, not loaded.
I tried redownloading all of them from Jari's site and reinstalled all of them. Same thing.
Anyone else had this issue with Catalina and Finale 26? Editing without these plugins is a horrible!

Hi John,
I found this on a Facebook Finale power users page :
from Greg Angel :
There is a way around this....... for now. Apple will be closing this loophole/grace period sometime, so avoid OS updates if you need JW or other unsigned PIs.
1. launch Finale
2. when you get the warning, open System Preferences/Security
3. Click 'Allow Anyway'
4. Then Click Cancel in the dialog asking you to move the PI to the trash
5. repeat steps 3 and 4 for all warnings
6. quit Finale and relaunch it
7. now you will see the dialog with the third option to Open the unsigned PIs.
