Ok, so I have multiple movements in separate Finale documents and I have no interest in making it a single file, I can do that as PDFs. However, what I need to do is make the timing line up. This could be either time-based or measure-based, in this case I'm using time as it is a stopwatch piece. The principle is the same either way. Is there a way to offset the starting measure so it begins as say 5:00 or measure 85?
Failing that, this could also be solved by merging all the documents as a single file...but I'm dreading what that will do to the formatting. Perhaps there's a way to lock everything so you can copy + paste everything over w/ no craziness going on.
Anyone have experience with this sort of predicament?

You can start the file at measure 85 by setting the measure number region to start numbering at 85. The timing, however, will start at 0:00. The only way I can think of is to insert the appropriate number of measures before the actual first to force the timing in the first measure to 5:00. You can lump all of these measures into one system and use a staff style to force hide the staves.
