Hi,
I'm trying to find a definitive answer to wether 2014.5 is compatible with Catalina?
I have a ton of Finale files and while I've moved to Dorico, I still need access and modify my Finale files.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

You can install Mojave onto a USB or Thunderbolt external drive, and boot from there. (If it's a recent Mac with a T2 chip, you'll need to allow external booting first.)
Or use a Virtual Machine, like Parallels, to run a separate OS inside an application.
It's always worth checking that everything will work before upgrading: Catalina is more troublesome than most, as it closes the door on some old technologies. MacOS has brought up warning notices when using incompatible apps in Mojave and High Sierra.
