Adding tab staves to a score

Good day friends!
I just purchased Finale 26 after having Finale 2011. It appears the steps to add a tablature staff seem different than from using 2011 version. I would typically score a piece for guitar in standard notation until completion, then click the Staff Tool, and go the "Staff" tab, and there would be a selection to add the staves. I don't see that any more. I'm assuming it's possible to add tablature staves after scoring music? If anyone can instruct me on how this is done, I'd be a much happier music copyist! thank you, Scott. Finale 26 on Windows 7
