Problem with Word Extensions

For some reason, I never am able to see word extensions for words beginning with a capital letter. For example, "red___ sea" will show a word extension, while "Red Sea" will not. Is this a known problem, and is there a workaround?

It's not a problem I've ever encountered. What is your version of Finale and on what OS?
Finale 25.5 & 26.3
Mac 10.13.6 & 10.14.6

The problem doesn't happen for me. As David asked, what version and OS?

I have Version 25, running on Windows 10.

However, never mind, because it is working now... :oops:

Same thing happens when I call Tech Support at work. I work on the issue for three days, but as soon as they answer and I give them all my information, the problem solves itself...
