I imported a midi file into Finale, created in Cubase.
The midi file contains tempo ramps.
It plays back fine.
It speeds and slows at the same points as it did in Cubase.
But there are no tempo marks, rits or accels in the score.

Is there a way to automatically notate the 'rits' and 'accels' and tempo marks so that the score tempo matches the midi?

Thanks.

Paul

I don't think so. The best you could do is to create Markers in Cubase where your tempo changes occur and export them when creating the MIDI file. When you import it into Finale, check "convert markers" and then they will appear as Finale bookmarks, so at least you can find your places and insert your Finale tempo expressions there.
