FinaleScript - Batch prosess spesific files

Hi!

Is there any way to make FinaleScript choose only Finale files with a spesific file name when batch prosessing?

I have a main folder that contains 899 subfolders. Each subfolder contains 2 finale files. I need to batch prosess only one of the finale files in each folder. Every file in question has a spesific part of the file name that is equal for all 899 files I want to prosess. They are named like this: "001 KORALBOK", "002 KORALBOK" and so on up to "899 KORALBOK". I need the files to remain in their folders - that is very important. (I know I easy can move the files to another folder and batch prosess them there, but I do not want to spend hours of hours putting the files back into their corresponding folder.....)
