I'm teaching dictation class and really struggle on making an examination paper for students by Finale.
In the examination paper, I need to mix the grand staff and single staff together without any note or rest on it.
Attached is the sample with the answers writing on it.
Need help on how to set up the form, and appreciated it.

Set up your piece to have both a grand staff and a single staff, fill in the notes, then hide the unused staff in each system as needed.

… and use the Measure Attributes to adjust where Time Signatures are displayed.
(to get there: Measure Tool, double-click the measure)
1) To force the display of Time Signature at the beginning of a new exercise, use the pop up menu for Time Signature, and choose Always Show.
2) To hide a Cautionary Time Signature at the end of a system, use the Measure Attributes for the system’s last measure, and select Hide Cautionary Clefs, Key and Time Signatures.
3) Also, in the Measure Attributes, you can choose a Final Barline as the measure’s right barline.
