I have a section of music in my pieces that has three measures of 3/8 and then a measure of 2/8. I have eighth-note melodies in each of these measures but they're currently shown as individual eighth notes—I want them beamed so in the 3/8 bars you see 3 eighth notes beamed together, and in the 2/4 bar you see 2 eighth notes beamed together (see attached picture). I tried the Utilities - Rebeam music options and re-entering the meters for those bars but they're still showing up as individual eighth notes. How can I fix this? Thanks in advance!

The time signature 3/8 has to be redefined as one dotted quarter, the 2/8 as a quarter note, but displayed as 2/8, not 1/4. Then rebeam to the time signature.
