Inconsistent Tempo In Score

In my score I have attached below I cannot effect the tempo I have specified in two places: 1) In the MIDI Playback Box which is set at 78 beats per minute and 2) in the setting above the 1st measure which is also set at 78. When playing back, the piece has inconsistent timing which I am trying to fix.

Have you tried Clear specified Items > MIDI data?

For starters, there's no MIDI Tempo data I can see. However, your Expression says 78, but the playback definition says 105. You might want to start by fixing that.
