I'm trying to change the key of a range of measures. It worked exactly as I needed it to mostly, but there are a few measures at the end of the range that is stuck in the old key; there's even a double bar between the last bar of the key I want and the first bar of the "stuck" measures.
I can't find anything out of the ordinary with measure attributes, staff attributes, measure regions. I'm missing something, but don't know what.

Attach a (small) Finale sample document here.
Since the issue is the Key Signature, you can clear all notes, articulations, chord symbols, expressions, &c. from the document.
Possibly you can also delete all measures except the measures that refuse to change key.
That is, unless deleting other measures will make the problem go away.

If you have multiple measure regions and some of them have measures whose "include in measure numbering" attribute in unchecked, that can cause this. To get around it, go to Preferences/View, and temporarily switch from "Display defined measure numbers" to "Display actual measure numbers".

With the Key Signature Tool, highlight the measures that are "stuck". Hit Enter, change the key if necessary and hit enter again.
