I just installed the v26 on my iMac (OS 10.16.4) When using either hyper scribe or speedy edit the notes do not transpose properly. I've deselected the "show notes in concert pitch" but continue to have the same issue. This never happened with my previous editions of Finale; dating back to 3.2.

I sent an email to customer support but due to the pandemic my response stated that it might be a week or two before I get a reply.

Can anyone help?

Did you shut down and restart the computer after installing?

The new paradigm is to play the concert pitch when entering. Is that what you are talking about?
