I am not familiar with a way, but in the TGTools plugin, once they are aligned, you can nudge them up or down in a similar way. Say you put 1 EVPU in the box, and keep clicking the button, you'll see them nudge upward. Keep clicking until they are where you want them. Put -1 to go down, and keep clicking until they reach the spot you want. To go more quickly, try 2 or -2 EVPUS. You can use whatever measurement unit you want in the little slot. Every time you click the slot for that, it toggles to the next option (inches, picas, points, etc.).
