Upgrade to 26.3 finished, but version number the same

Finale alerted me to the upgrade, which I finished. When I restarted
Finale and checked "About Finale...", it still reported version 26.2.
This persisted after reboot. Finale no longer prompts me to update,
but when I do a check for updates under Help, it reports that 26.3
is available. I start the upgrade again, but now the only option is
to remove Finale. "Repair" and one other options are grayed out.
Version is still reported as 26.2.
