Shouldn't do.

Check the actual installed location, and compare with the file path set in Finale's Preferences.

I have ran Onyx then restarted the computer. No change

In the picture you show it looks like the Lua folder is empty and there is only one JW plugin. Am I right?

I don't have a Mac, but it looks to me like you haven't unpacked the plug-in files. s_DDYtbw.zip.part also suggests that it was interrupted part way through the download. After downloading it successfully, you need to unzip it.

I don't know what .bundle is. Perhaps someone with a Mac here can verify what the files should be named.

Those folders can show up in the system library or in the user library. Is it possible that they are in the opposite library from the path you have selected?
