I Need to increase LYRIC FONT SIZE in score. I have tried the solution offerred in the forum of Document - Select Default Font - Lyric. Changing the Font of the Lyric has not worked for me in the score. See attachment.

In the Lyrics Tool open the Lyrics Window (Cmd-L), select text and enlarge it by typing Shift Cmd period.

While you are in that lyrics window there are several instances of "you're" which should be "your".

I will try this Bill and thank you for the heads up on my "you're"'s.

Bill: This solution is not working. No effect on the text inside the score and the "Lyrics Window" does not even show the complete text. I changed a paragraph (only one shows in the window) and it had not effect whatsover. I assume something else must be going on.

It worked for me. Make sure that you have the correct verse in the window.

When I downloaded it, it was set to verse 3. Change it to verse 1 and give it another shot.

Bill: My bad. Your solution does work. I just wasn't selecting all the verses in the drop-down which I hadn't noticed before. Thanks. Kimball

I have to say though BIll that I lost a whole paragraph which I am having to retype to include the music into the score where it went blank after the Font opereration from the Lyric window.

Under Edit/Text Search and Replace, you can change all the Lyrics font size at once, assuming they are all the same size and all need to change the same amount. Sorry About the lost paragraph.

Zuill

P.S.: Just curious. I used the Text Search and Replace method on your file to increase the 12 pt font to 14 pt. Is the paragraph missing in my revised file? I did this in v26, but should look okay in v25. Just for demonstration purposes.

One more way:
Menu>Plug-ins>Miscellaneous>Change fonts
Go to "Lyric" and make your changes. There has not yet been a case where this does not work.
