Freezes

I get occasional freezes in which Finale 25.5 (Mac) is totally unresponsive and can only be Force Quit at the Apple icon. It happens only after I select a whole measure very quickly in the middle of some other editing process. I haven't been able to isolate anything else that leads up to it yet. Wondering if anyone else has had this happen, and what I can do to prevent it, other than slow down.

I don't think I've ever had a freeze in F 25 or 26, but I do get very occasional crashes (if that's what a sudden unplanned quit is called). I'm not sure what causes these, but I think they may often be sound related. I have ForeverSave2 set to save Finale every two minutes, so I don't lose much.

Thanks, David. I, on the other hand, never have crashes, just freezes and quite a few of them.
