The title speaks for itself.
I have a guitar chord (and capo chord) appearing over a beat where there is no note actually present on that beat. The chords are grey instead of black in the score and do not appear at all in a PDF. How to fix this?
I am using Finale 26.3 and did not have this problem with previous versions.
Attachment shows the measure in question. Over beat 3 there should be Am7 and (capo'd) F#m7. Even the jpeg does not include them. I don't want to go down the road of tying a half-note chord to a quarter-note chord just to make the chords visible when printed or exported. That always looks so clunky!
Chords "greyed-out" and not appearing in PDF

Attached is a screen shot of the score, where the greyed-out chords are visible.

That seems to have fixed it. Many thanks! Now to find out why Show wasn't checked like all the other chords — presumably something to do with the absence of notation in the r.h. on that beat.
