I'm using Finale 25.something and an up-to-date Mac.

I write a simple 2-page piece for solo piano. Nothing complex, 16 measures of 16th notes ending on a whole note in bar 17.

It plays back without any problem using Finale's Human Playback.

When I export it to an audio file (both AIFF and WAV) and open it with Apple Music to play it back, only about half of the piece is recorded.

I walked through this process three times with the same results and looked for anything I might have done to cause this.

I'm clueless. Can someone suggest what might be wrong?

We might need to see the file to see what might be causing the problem.

Zuill, I was in the process of readying the .musx file to share but first made a minor change. (I just changed some notes on one beat.)

To my enormous surprise, upon making that change, the file now exports as an AIFF just fine.

Before reporting this problem, I'd messed with it and also made various changes and it still saved only part of the file.
This morning it behaves differently. Ah, the mysteries of software!

I'm going to leave well enough alone. Consider this issue closed.

Sorry to trouble you, and thanks as always for being willing to help.
