My shot at it.

The beat 4 down-stem quarter has been moved a little to the left.

okay thanks, that seemed the most obvious to me too. just wanted to know if anyone knew the 'professional' way

I go the other way: move the upstem E to the right.

Our barbershop notation manual calls for higher note first, and aligned with the chord.

Barbershop normally has four voices on two staves, and all four notes would be vertically aligned. This is the “chord.” When a note has to be repositioned, it is placed to the right of the chord.
