Copy an Instrument

Can you copy an instrument in the Score Manager? I'd like to copy the one instrument and then just change the sound selection.
I realize I can do this by "adding" an instrument and then making the settings appropriately but I thought there might be a quicker way by just copying.
Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
