Can someone try moving the first 16th of each group down using the TGTools lite plug-in? A user on Facebook complains that the bottom two notes of the chord disappear. Works OK for me, but I have an older version, different platform, and the full TGTools (he's got a Mac, v 26.3.1).

For me, the TG Tools Lite Cross Staff plug-in works OK.

The bottom two notes do not disappear.

I usually don't use TGTools for this -- just select and option-downarrow. It works as expected so your guy might want to try that.

That is the shortcut for the TGTools plugin. So, even though you are not opening the plugin window, you are activating the plugin with the shortcut.

No, on this one TGTools worked ok.

When it didn't, it was when I tried it on an engraving I got from someone else. There, two or three of the bottom notes in the chords went missing, but not the accidentals strangely enough. I don't know which platform or version this other person had but I used what I described above.
