The number bar at the top of the scroll screen disappeared. When I go to preferences I find out the "show measure number bar" selection box is not there. How do I restore it? I don't know how it disappeared. Thanks for any help you can give me. I have Finale v25.

View menu -> Show -> Measure Number Bar.
P.S. : please update your profile, as you have Finale 25.

There is no "show measure number bar" on the view> show. There is only "Hidden Notes and Rests", and "Percussion MIDI Values." I don't know how the number bar disappeared. I think it was when I installed Garritan "World Instruments."

Are you in Scroll View when you look at the menu?

If I look at it in page view then it only shows "Rulers", "Margins" and "Page layout icons." There is nothing about show the measure number bar. Also, I noticed that I'm not able anymore to mute the whole orchestra at one time in the Window Score Manger. These problems started when I installed the Garritan World instruments. I have no clue as to what caused these problems.

In the Mac version, Scroll view, things look like in the attached picture. Not in the Windows version ?

It's not there in scroll view or page view. Windows 7 HP.

I have it in v25 and v26. I am on Windows 10. In page view, the option is greyed out. In Scroll View, it is accessible. Maybe your preferences need to be recreated.
