The articulation designer doesn't work
Moderators: Peter Thomsen, miker
I used the articulation designer to place the rolled chords symbols a little more to the left of the notes (with the Handle Positioning option). That worked fine the first time, all rolled chords symbols were moved. But then, when adding another rolled chords symbol I expected it to be placed at the same position. It was - as before - placed on top of the notes instead of to the left. I went to the AD again and checked, the values I've selected were still there. I tried entering them again and click OK. But the symbol did still not move.

Just copy/paste the measure with the articulation to a default file and then save and post that file here.

For what it's worth I came up with these values for the arpeggio articulation a little while back. Crazy as it seems, if you click on the bottom note of the chord while pressing the metakey (R), Finale aligns the top of the wavy line the top note correctly. You may then need to adjust the bottom handle to align it with the bottom. These handle offests seems to create a pleasing distance to the left (assuming there are no accidentals or seconds in the chord). Units are EVPUs.
