Score Manager not showing

When pressing CTRL-K the ribbon goes grey, as it should, but the score manager window is not visible. I tried resizing the main window thinking that the score manager window may be hidden but that didn't help. Any suggestions?

If choosing from the menu doesn't work either, then recreating preferences might help. If not, then I can't say.

Resetting preferences brought back the score manager. I wish I knew what caused this glitch.
