No More Timbales Kit

Hello, I just finished a chart wherein timbales / Softsync / Cuban was working fine, and still is. However, in previous charts and new ones, I'm getting only two timbale sounds, instead of the whole kit (bass drum, cymbals, bells, rims, sides...). I'm thinking uninstall then reinstall Finale (2012). Did not work. Why would all the timbale sounds play in one arrangement but not in the others? I even looked at maps. They're all set up the same as in the chart where all the timbale sounds are heard.
