I solved a similar question some time ago copying from from motet a natural accident under Gruppetto.

If you want playback, you need to use the turn symbol and the accidental as separate articulations. Then Human Playback will recognize them. In the key you have chosen (F), the turn symbol alone sharps the lower note, which I don't think is proper. However, adding the sharp below (I created the sharp, natural and flat articulations, as they are not in the default articulations) gives the same playback. It tells the reader to apply the sharp.

What I meant was the pre-made articulations didn't have those, so I created them from the Maestro font list. The numbers you mention, I believe are the normal size accidentals. I chose the smaller size ones in my file.
