Copy this measure into your file, then delete the note and the articulation should remain.

If you want playback, you need to use the turn symbol and the accidental as separate articulations. Then Human Playback will recognize them. In the key you have chosen (F), the turn symbol alone sharps the lower note, which I don't think is proper. However, adding the sharp below (I created the sharp, natural and flat articulations, as they are not in the default articulations) gives the same playback. It tells the reader to apply the sharp.

Listen to the playback of the attached file to explore how Human Playback realizes various combinations.

Under Articulations/Edit/Main,
# is #35,
Natural Symbol is #110.
Flat Symbol is #96.

What I meant was the pre-made articulations didn't have those, so I created them from the Maestro font list. The numbers you mention, I believe are the normal size accidentals. I chose the smaller size ones in my file.

P.S.: For the smaller size accidentals, I used 73 for Sharp, 233 for Natural, and 105 for flat.
