I check out the official MakeMusic Forum to see what's going on, even though I have a long list of complaints about its format, etc. Just now, however, I am getting a suspicious content warning.

I'm so glad I use this forum, as the last thing I need is getting compromised by MakeMusic's website.

I just checked before posting this, and it is not just the forum. It's the whole website.

For What It Is Worth,
I am not having any problems with the MakeMusic web site.

Just checked, and it works for me.

Follow-up: The warning comes when in Google Chrome. When in Microsoft Edge, not pop-up warning.

Maybe someone with Windows would compare those 2 browsers and see what happens. It is a McAfee warning. That subscription came with my Dell, and has expired, but it still has some usefulness to detect bad websites, even without the most recent updates. Windows Security is my main anti-virus, and no warnings there.

It must be McAfee. I opened their support forum in Chrome and Brave (chromium based). I experienced no problems on any of the help links. Turn off McAfee briefly and see if you get the same warning.
