It seems makemusic have changed a lot of keaboard shortcuts :-(

How do i force a measure onto next page?

Earlier version was command arrow down

That still works for me. Perhaps you've got it assigned to something else. What shortcut is given in the Utilities menu?

Incidentally, I've been meaning to post about a script for programming key shortcuts on Mac. I'll do it now.

Try without the command key (it worked for me in previous versions).
P.S. : are you talking about the next system or do you mean a page break ?

I agree with Michel. Select the measure, up or down arrow. With the command key, it moves your selection up or down in a chord, or to to the previous or following STAFF (in a multistaff system.)
