Hello,

I have a big problem for some weeks now. I'm Windows Insider and use the dev builds, I'm on Windows 11 now but I had this problem on Windows 10 before. I run Finale 26.3. At some point that I don't know, Finale stopped booting. When I start the program, I get to the splash screen and the window of the program opens up but then the screen freezes and shows "Not Responding". I tried to re-install Finale multiple times and even tried an uninstaller program to wipe the registry but this didn't work. I really don't know what causes this problem.

You really need to raise a support request with MakeMusic. They're likely to say that W11 is 'unsupported', though.

My understanding is that Windows 11 has not been released yet. Maybe the OP is Beta testing.

The O.P. said it happened on Windows 10 as well.
