I have a single staff piece of about 25 measures, that only take up about 2/3 of the page. Page Layout > Space systems evenly seems to have no effect, regardless of the settings in the dialogue box. It worked fine in F26.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Further info: This was a piece scanned and edited in SmartScore, and brought to Finale as an XML. My friend noticed that the last staff was reduced in size, and wondered why. I do, too. I resized all of the staves to 100%, and that cleared that up. Just as a further caution, I copied the imported doc into a fresh default document in F27. This is where Space Systems Evenly is not working.

You imported the XML in v26, it worked correctly there, but opening the same file in v27 displays the improper behavior. Is that what's happening?

That’s what it seems to be.

Look at the system margins. Perhaps they got set wide in the process.
