Where can I download the Finale Copyist Font? I am on a Mac v 25.5.

I think that came bundled with Finale v25.

It appears the Finale no longer has things like font packs for download anymore. All that appears on the "Downloads" page are my registered products.

Go to your account, and you should be able to download a fresh copy of F25.

It looks like there are 2 font installer files for v27 (Mac and Windows) posted on the downloads page on July 9. Do those require that you have purchased v27 first?

Zuill, could you post a link to that page, please?

I don’t think you have to buy the upgrade to get the fonts. But if you can’t do that, you can download the demo. The fonts remain, even if you delete the demo.

It probably will just take you to the Downloads page. Choose Finale in the top slot, then Choose Fontpacks in the Category slot, and the 2 files I mentioned should show up at the top of the list.

I tried to download the Windows file and my computer blocked it as being potentially dangerous. I'll try a different browser.

This also includes all the 'legacy' fonts from F26 and earlier, which are exactly the same versions that have been in Finale for years, as well as the new SMuFL fonts and new text fonts.

Note that the fonts are now under a SIL Open Font licence, meaning they are free for anyone to use and distribute. You are also free to create your own fonts using copied or modified glyphs from these fonts! (Your fonts must also be offered on a SIL licence.)
