I've just discovered that FinaleScript is a thing. There's a particular repetitive action I need to perform for a current project that I've love to automate if possible.

Basically, I'm finding and transposing notes with the NoteMover tool. I've successfully written a script that finds and replaces one time, but I'd like it to do so repeatedly until I tell it to stop running. Is there a particular command that will allow this?

Have you looked at the plugin, JW Change Pitches?

No, I don't have the JW plugins installed.

Since posting, I tried pasting the same command repeatedly in the script until I hit the character limit. When I ran it, I bottlenecked for a bit but once it got going it worked just fine. I think I'll run with it.

Greetings FF wizards, I have a similar question. I want to repeat the JW plug-in Copy Rhythm with minimal keypresses, but I can also imagine other repetitive needs that now require repeated visits to Plug-Ins, mouse down to the right one, click, then go to the desired measure & click. I already wrote a script that, after setting up the SET SOURCE, allows a 2-click process per region to COPY. But then when I switch to do the same in a new doc I have to start over.

You might look into autohotkey.

Belated thanks for your suggestion, motet. I got distracted but I will try this.
