This is a new one on me. I'm writing scales and in lyric line number 2 when I add the final "Do" it crashes the software. I've tried another lyric line, I've tried splitting the measure, I've pasted the document into a new document. The document is working normally in all other respects.

Any thoughts on why it crashes when I try to add two more characters in the second lyric line?

Could you post that scale so others can test it?

In a pinch you could make that final Do an expression rather than a lyric.

Some sort of file corruption. Any attempt to play with the lyrics gave me the beach ball, and I had to force quit.

I exported the file as XML, and imported it back in. That fixed it. I was able to add the final Do in the lyric window, and then flow them in to all the verses.
