I'm in the final stages of editing a big band chart and when I got to the piano part only part of the score appears. If I have Finale set to layer 1 I can see the music in only that layer. If I switch to layer 2 I can only see the music in that layer. However, in the score all of the music does not appear. What setting do I need to change in the latest version of Finale so that all of the music is displayed.

Under Document make sure you don't have "Show Active Layer Only" selected.

Thank you. That worked perfectly, but I'm still puzzled. I tried to uncheck that before I posted, but each time I went back to see if it remained unchecked the check mark was there. This time it worked great. Must've been holding my mouth wrong....

Although not an easy combo but SHIFT+ALT+S will change to show active layer only. Perhaps you may have pressed it by mistake using some other hot key combo..
