Using 8vb?

I tried to read up in the help but I'm confused (a normal state.) I need an 8vb for a piano part. In Smart Shapes Options I see only the 8va, no option/way to select 8vb. I know I'm missing something simple....what is it?

Smart Shape Options > Symbols > Select > you will find the 8vb option there > Select > OK > then use it as usual (double click and drag for the duration

8va or plain 8 underneath the staff also mean basso, so those are options, too.
