I'm continually running into weird problems with this score? When switching from "Display in Concert Pitch" to transposed score, the formatting at the Coda break mushes a bunch of measures together. Have I done something weird here? Just for context, I created the Coda using the Measures > Create Coda System plug-in (don't know if that's pertinent).

The coda is bunched up in either view when I look at it. The problem is there are too many measure in that coda system--possibly the plug-in did that. Select one of the bunched up measures with the Selection tool and press U to unlock that system. Make sure Automatic Music Spacing is turned on, as well as Automatic Update Layout.

Concert pitch and Transposed will affect spacing, since the accidentals change, but it shouldn't result in more than a measure or two moving to the next or previous system.

So, I opened the same document on a different computer with no change in formatting (although you said it was bunched up when you opened it regardless?). Is it possible that my installation is corrupt on the original machine?

The locked system is definitely a problem. I suspect if you address that you'll be good to go.
