Se my attachments of some rogue slurs which seemed to mutate spontaneously.

Is there a way to fix all of them globally?

I have all the 3rd party plugins - nothing seems to work

Sometimes grace notes or accents foil it. For the "plunger" slur, try slurring the graces notes to the first non-grace note, then slurring the non grace notes, which I think I more standard notation anyway. The other one, it's hard to tell. Where is it supposed to be slurred to?

If the second one is supposed to be slurred to the next note, it wouldn't surprise me if the stacked articulations foiled it. Slurs are supposed to avoid articulations, but is just the sort of thing MakeMusic's QA/testing department (if they even have one) might overlook.

I"d check the Font Annotation files for your music font. Remove the annotation file, quit Finale and restart. Open one of the files showing the bad slurs. You'll get a font annotation warning - select "Auto-Generate". How's that?
