UPLOAD AUDIO FILE

I have wav audio files that were mixed and mastered that I would like to upload into Finale from my flash drive. Is this possible. I read all the directions the problem for me is....
1. If I go to Midi Audio select audio track then "ADD AUDIO" THIS IS NOT HIGHLIGHTED.
2. If I go to View and try to go to STUDIO VIEW TO get to Midi/Audio "STUDIO VIEW" IS NOT HIGHLIGHTED.
So please help. How do I upload an audio file. Can it come from my flash drive or better uploaded from another place.
