Any idea why Finale adds extra space at the end of the second measure?

In the second measure, note how the four quarter notes are spaced.
If you ignore the grace notes, you will see that the four quarters are spaced evenly.

My guess is that the grace notes make Finale space all four beats evenly - even if not all four beats contain grace notes.

As a test, delete the grace notes from all beats except one beat.
Note how Finale spaces the four beats.

Then, delete all the grace notes.
Note how Finale now spaces the four beats.

I see what you're saying. It's as if the right barline is another note, so the space to the barline is the same as the space between quarters. Somehow it doesn't look right, though.
