Hello,

Has anyone experienced the handles on the beam angle tool freezing up?

No problems here. Try restarting the computer.

Rather than drag the handles with the mouse, use the up and down arrows to nudge them. Does that work?

No, using the arrows doesn't make a difference.

I have restarted the program and it goes away only to return again.

You might consider trying this. You would have to redo any changes to your preferences you've done.

Restart the computer, not just the program. If that doesn't help, then refresh the preferences, as motet suggests.
