Re-beaming triplets

In the example below, I need to separate the two triplets that are beamed together, so that all the triplets are the same. I know it's simple, but I don't recall the procedure. It's something I need to do a lot, so this will be a help. Thanks.

Beaming two triplets together is never good. Try Utilities/Rebeam/Rebeam Music. If that doesn't fix it, Then try Utilities/Rebeam/Rebeam to Time Signature and pick something with all quarter notes, like this:

If you have to do it for the whole piece, do what Motet said. If you just need to do it once, Speedy > select the first note of the last triplet > type /
